Shipping & Returns

Free shipping on all Canadian and US orders over $75

Shipping fees are applied at checkout.

All Canadian orders are shipped using Canada Post.

❥ Orders up to $75 have a flat rate of $2 or $4 and are shipped regular mail with Canada Post. These lighter packages are untracked. If you prefer a tracked option, selected the Expedited Delivery option at checkout. Price will range depending on where you are located.

❥ Orders over $75 are free

All US orders ship using a combination of courier and USPS First Class Mail.

❥ Orders up to $35 ship with a flat rate of $5. Orders between $35-75 ship with a flat rate of $8

❥ Orders over $75 ship for free

Please be patient and allow 24-48 hours after you receive your tracking number for tracking information to be updated.

All International orders ship with Canada Post Light parcel tracked service.

❥ Orders up to $50 ship with a flat rate of $25

❥ Orders between $50-100 ship with a flat rate of $30Orders over $100 ship with a flat rate of $40

Delivery times for international orders is usually 3-4 weeks however with Covid we have seen up to 60 days. 

Apparel orders ship from the UK and will be shipped separately from any of our other products. Shipping costs will increase slightly for those items.

Please note that all orders are being impacted by Covid restrictions and disruptions. Please be patient and allow for extra time on deliveries if you are needed an item by a certain date. If you need Overnight or Express delivery please contact us at help@boldfacedgoods.com to make arrangements.

We ship every Monday and Thursday. Order processing is between 1-4 business days depending when you order.

US customers: There are no additional duties or sales taxes added to your order and no additional charges upon delivery.

Canadian customers: There are no duties* added to your order. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address at checkout and displayed on the Order Review page.

*Orders with apparel may be subject to import duties as they will be arriving from the UK. Duties/GST are the responsibility of the customer.

International customers: You do not have to pay any Canadian sales taxes on your order but duties and customs fees may be payable on receipt of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

All Canadian orders over $25 will have a tracking number. Items under that amount will be sent regular mail.

All US and International orders will have tracking numbers.

All our orders are packed (with love) and ship directly from our studio in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with the exception of our apparel.


All apparel is printed on demand from our partner Teemill located in the UK.

This will happen if you order any apparel combined with any other product on our site in the same order. Apparel will be shipped from the UK and all other items are shipped from our studio in Calgary.

❥ You can make a return within 30 days of placing your order. Please contact us to initiate a return and we'll guide you through our simple return process.

❥ Apparel items are non refundable due to their custom nature.


❥ Please note that Mystery Grab Bag items are final sale.

❥ Return shipping costs to our studio in Calgary, Canada is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at help@boldfacedgoods.com to get an RMA number

❥ Items for return must be unused and in their original packaging.

❥ Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

❥ Refunds to credit cards usually take 3-5 days to be posted after the refund has been processed.

❥ Mistakes happen: If you have an error or find a defect in your product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll do our best to resolve your issue.

While we’re based in Calgary, Canada, due to technology constraints we can only offer one currency to price our products on our website. We price in US dollars because most of our customers are located globally and in the United States so US dollars has been the preference for payment so far. We're a small company but as we continue to grow, creating an additional site that processes payments in Canadian dollars is on our list of initiatives.

Apparel information

All our apparel and totes are made to order, print on demand items. Part of our mission is to reduce waste and practice more conscious consumerism. To that end we ask that you review the size charts before ordering to ensure a perfect fit.

We have long debated creating apparel however we were always conflicted when researching options as we want to ensure fair wages, organic materials, and sustainable packaging. Teemill does all this and more.
